New eFiling account disclaimer

You are about to register for an eFiling user account. To create an eFiling account, you must provide personal information or the personal information of person(s) you are representing to the AUC.

The AUC is collecting your personal information for the purpose of administering the eFiling system and pursuant to Section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act. All collections, uses, and disclosures of your personal information by the AUC are in accordance with Alberta's privacy laws and the AUC's external user Privacy policy.

The eFiling system passively collects information about user activity. In limited circumstances, the AUC may use this information to address concerns about the use of sensitive or confidential information that was misfiled on the public record.

If you have any questions about the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information by the AUC, please contact the AUC's Privacy Officer at privacy@auc.ab.ca.

eFiling system user accounts are deactivated upon request. Requests can be made by email to info@auc.ab.ca or by telephone at 310-4282 (in Alberta) or 1-833-511-4282 (outside of Alberta). After an account is deactivated, your personal information may remain on the eFiling system, including on the public record of AUC proceedings.

Register a new user account

A single user account is set up for the use of one individual and provides personal access to the eFiling system applications and related documents. This account will allow you to register to participate and make submissions in proceedings of interest to you.
